With this product, you are eligible to receive 3 bill credits, each of which must be utilized in a separate billing period during your term. You can apply bill credits within your online account, the Reliant app, or by contacting Reliant’s customer care team. Only one credit can be applied to any outstanding bill amount. Customers on AutoPay must redeem a bill credit up to 24 hours before the bill due date. Any unredeemed bill credits will automatically be applied during the last available bills of a customer’s term. Unused bill credits will not transfer if you switch away from the Flextra Credits plan and are not redeemable for cash.

The Reliant Seasonal Savings plan includes an energy charge that is 50% lower during the months of December, January, February, June, July and August than during all other months. Reliant reserves the right to discontinue this plan without notice. TDSP Charges include all recurring consumption charges from the TDSP and are passed through without markup. In the event you move to a new location, the cancellation fee will not be applicable, and you may be eligible to transfer this plan to the new location.

*** A one-time initial contribution of $100 will be made following the initiation of electricity service on the qualifying plan. There is a limit of one initial contribution per customer. If a customer receives electricity service on this plan for at least 60 days, then Reliant will contribute an amount equal to 5% of the customer’s energy charges (excluding any base charge, transmission or distribution charges, taxes or any other fees) on this plan to the applicable entity. No contribution for energy charges will be made for an account that receives services for less than 60 days. An aggregate contribution payment will be made by Reliant at least annually. Any tax liability relating to a reward is customer’s sole responsibility. Customer has no property rights or other legal interest in contribution amounts and may not claim, assign, transfer or pledge contribution amounts. These terms and conditions may be modified or this incentive may be discontinued at any time at Reliant's sole discretion.
