2 Your monthly bill will reflect your highest 2 days of usage per full week (Sunday through Saturday), up to 8 days per monthly billing period, at no charge for every billing period of 28 days or more. A week is defined as Sunday to Saturday, and a day is defined as a 24-hour period beginning at midnight through 11:59 p.m. For each monthly billing period less than 28 days, please see product’s Electricity Facts Label for details. Your average price calculation will be based on your average monthly usage. Reliant reserves the right to discontinue this offer without notice.
With the 24-month Flextra Credits plan, you are eligible to receive three bill credits (one $100 credit and two $50 credits), each of which must be utilized in a separate billing period during your term. You can apply bill credits within your online account, in the Reliant app or by contacting Reliant’s customer care team. Only one credit can be applied to any outstanding bill amount. Customers on AutoPay must redeem a bill credit up to 24 hours before the bill due date. Any unredeemed bill credits will automatically be applied during the last available bills of a customer’s term. Unused bill credits will not transfer if you switch away from the Flextra Credits plan and are not redeemable for cash.
3 You must be within a Reliant service area to transfer your service and transfer within the same transmission and distribution service provider (TDSP). Flat Bill plans are excluded. TDSP connection fees and additional restrictions may apply.
The only circumstance in which your actual price can change is to reflect changes in transmission and distribution service provider (TDSP) delivery charges, law or regulatory charges allowed by the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
