Happy Customer for Decades.

I have been with this company for decades!!! They are the best. I have had some hard times and Reliant has helped me get through them WITHOUT disconnecting my service. I am now living in a disabled community, the service is still GREAT. I have Average Billing which works best for me. Love it.

Great Savings with Free Nights and Weekends Plans.

I have been a customer of Reliant Energy for many years now and I will continue to keep it that way. Their Free Nights and Weekend plan saves me quite a bit of money each month. I get emails and texts on my monthly usage and my payments are averaged monthly as well. I seldomly experience power outages so I can honestly say I find them very reliable as my electricity provider. I've been very happy being a Reliant NRG customer.

Plans to Save.

I have been with Reliant for a long time. I changed in the heat of summer from TXU and my 1st Reliant bill was over $100 less than theirs had been. They have plans to help save and I like the weekly update to how I am doing in saving.
