  1. Your Reliant account number 
  2. The date your current service will end 
  3. The date your new service will begin 
  4. Your new service address (which includes the unit number for apartments, condos, etc.)
  5. For new construction homes, you’ll need to know if a permanent meter has been installed

1 Offer available to new and existing Reliant customers establishing service on this qualifying Reliant electricity plan at a new service address and enrolling by September 30, 2026. Bill credits will be applied to the electricity portion of the bill only and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Bill credits will be awarded as follows (if applicable, depending on your total bill credit award): a $200 credit on each of your third (3rd), twelfth (12th), twenty-fourth (24th), thirty-sixth (36th), and forty-eighth (48th) invoices on this plan.

2 You must be within a Reliant service area to transfer your service and transfer within the same transmission and distribution service provider (TDSP). Flat Bill plans are excluded. TDSP connection fees and additional restrictions may apply. The only circumstance in which your actual price can change is to reflect changes in transmission and distribution service provider (TDSP) delivery charges, law or regulatory charges allowed by the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
