1 The price you pay each month will consist of the Usage Charge, Energy Charge and TDSP Delivery Charges. The Usage Charge will not be included for each billing cycle in which your usage is 800 kilowatt hours (kWh) or more. Eligibility restrictions and terms and conditions apply. The only circumstance in which your actual price can change is to reflect changes in Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) Delivery Charges, or law or regulatory charges allowed by the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
2 Offer valid for residential customers signing up for the Reliant Digital Discount plan, AutoPay and Paperless Billing. The plan includes a discount, which will be reflected on your monthly bill as a separate line item. Discount will not be included on the bill if Paperless Billing and/or AutoPay are canceled for any reason. Reliant reserves the right to discontinue this plan without notice. Changes in law or regulatory charges allowed by the Public Utility Commission of Texas will impact your price.
