You must be within a Reliant service area to transfer your service and transfer within the same transmission and distribution service provider (TDSP). Flat Bill plans are excluded. TDSP connection fees and additional restrictions may apply. The only circumstance in which your actual price can change is to reflect changes in transmission and distribution service provider (TDSP) delivery charges, law or regulatory charges allowed by the Public Utility Commission of Texas.

2 Referrals may only be submitted by active Reliant residential customers with a Texas service address. To qualify for bill credit, referrals must be new Reliant residential customers in Texas enrolled in a term plan with a minimum of five days of active electricity service on that plan. Bill credit will be applied within two billing cycles after the referred customer has completed five days of active electricity service.
