These plans include a built-in monthly bill credit that's applied automatically when your electricity usage reaches a specific threshold. No sign-up or tracking is required — if your usage qualifies, the credit appears on your bill.
The threshold is set at 1,000 kWh or 2,000 kWh depending on which of the Reliant Power Savings plans you select. If your usage reaches or exceeds this amount during your billing cycle, the credit will be automatically applied.

No. If your usage meets the monthly threshold, the credit is applied automatically. You’ll see it reflected on your bill.
No. You can still participate in other programs, like paperless billing, auto pay, or usage alerts.
