1 You must be within a Reliant service area to transfer your service and transfer within the same transmission and distribution service provider (TDSP). Flat Bill plans are excluded. TDSP connection fees and additional restrictions may apply. The only circumstance in which your actual price can change is to reflect changes in transmission and distribution service provider (TDSP) delivery charges, law or regulatory charges allowed by the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
2 Reliant electricity customers who enroll in Degrees of Difference with Smart Thermostats will receive a one-time $25 bill credit, which will be applied to the Reliant electricity account enrolled within 2 billing cycles. One-time incentive for new participants in the Degrees of Difference with Smart Thermostats program only. Incentive is not available to customers receiving smart thermostats pre-provisioned for the Degrees of Difference with Smart Thermostats program. Limit one Degrees of Difference incentive per customer. Incentive will be provided to the Reliant electricity account enrolled within 2 billing cycles. Bill credit incentives (if applicable) are not redeemable for cash. The Reliant electricity account must be active at the time of incentive award to receive incentive. Offer is not available to individuals enrolled in the Degrees of Difference with Manual Thermostats program. Recurring bill credits available to participants in the Degrees of Difference with Manual Thermostats program are not available to participants in the Degrees of Difference with Smart Thermostats program. 3 Referrals may only be submitted by active Reliant residential customers with a Texas service address. To qualify for bill credit, referrals must be new Reliant residential customers in Texas enrolled in a term plan with a minimum of five days of active electricity service on that plan. Bill credit will be applied within two billing cycles after the referred customer has completed five days of active electricity service. Any disputes relating to eligibility will be determined solely by Reliant. Reliant may modify or discontinue this program at any time without notice.
