Houston

Galaxy Lights presented by Reliant at Space Center Houston

November 12 – January 1

This immersive holiday light tradition is the most interactive and technologically advanced in Texas. See LED lights and interactive displays lighting up the center and some of the rarest space artifacts in the world. Tour our illuminated Space Station tribute, stroll through a tunnel made of more than 250,000 lights synchronized to festive holiday music, gaze at indoor meteor showers and so much more!

KHOU Secret Santa
Toy Drive

November 15 – December 3

Help rescue Christmas for those in need with a monetary or toy donation to the 20th annual KHOU Secret Santa Toy Drive. All proceeds go to children and families that participate in The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program. Plus, be sure to tune in to KHOU 11 on December 3 from noon to 7 p.m for a virtual telethon.

Reliant Lights Mayor's Holiday Spectacular

Celebrate 102 years of holiday cheer in Houston! This family-friendly holiday tradition features the lighting of the city tree, festive live entertainment, Santa and more.

Lightscape 

November 18 – January 1

See stunning, immersive installations set to popular seasonal tunes at the Houston Botanic Garden. The creativity of Lightscape’s international artists sets the stage for a festive experience for all ages, including fire pits for s’mores and dramatic backdrops for social posts.

Dallas

Holiday at the Arboretum

November 10 – December 31

Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year at the Dallas Arboretum. The Christmas Village returns, as well as the 12 Days of Christmas outdoor exhibit, illuminated with more than 1 million dazzling lights.

Dallas Zoo Lights

November 17 – January 1

Same holiday tradition, with a socially distant twist! This drive-thru event allows you to enjoy the Dallas Zoo’s brand of holiday cheer without leaving the comfort of your vehicle. Embark on a drive through a winter wonderland, featuring more than 1 million sparkling lights and elaborate lighted displays.

Reliant Lights Your Holidays 

December 4

Bring your entire family for an evening of holiday magic and music, as we light up AT&T Performing Arts Center. This free festival includes a holiday concert featuring Vinyl Countdown: A Tribute to Arena Rock, Selena tribute band Bidi Bidi Banda, incredible projections, crafts for the kids and Santa.

Abilene

Abilene Zoo Christmas Celebration

December 16 – December 23

Bring the whole family to enjoy the most magical time of the year at the Abilene Zoo! Wander through magical light displays and merry experiences such as Caribbean Christmas, Fire & Ice, the Nutcracker, Lone Star Christmas, Santa’s Reindeer Stables and Enchanted Elm.

Concho Christmas Tour of Lights

Head to San Angelo and enjoy the Concho Christmas Celebration’s 28th Annual Tour of Lights. Drive along the Concho River banks to see more than 3 million lights and 70 larger-than-life Christmas greeting cards.

McAllen South Pole Illuminated Festival

Dazzle your senses on a magical walking journey through millions of lights, snowfall, Santa's Castle and Christmastime magic — like the Laser Spectacular and 280-foot radiant tunnel. End your night enjoying s'mores, hot chocolate and festival food while you take in live performances.
