You must be within the first 90 days of your term electricity contract.
There are no additional fees for changing your Reliant plan when you switch within the first 90 days.
You must sign up for a plan that is the same term or longer than your current electricity plan. For example, you may not change from a 12-month term to a 6-month term.
While you can keep any incentives or products that came with your initial plan, you aren't eligible to receive any additional incentives with your new plan.
New customers:

Current customers:
If you are within the first 90 days of your contract, call 1-855-671-7971, and we'll be happy to help you change your plan.*
Your new plan will be effective after you complete enrollment on the new plan agreeing to the new terms and conditions. After you change plans, this will initiate a new term and contract expiration date. Your call center representative will help address any additional questions based on the plan you choose.
You can change your plan without a penalty fee one time only within the first 90 days of starting the qualifying plan. The offer to change your plan does not restart once exercised.
