Report an outage
Please contact your Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) to get your power restored as quickly and easily as possible. Your TDSP is also commonly known as your utility company.

Why am I reporting my outage to my TDSP?
We supply your electricity; not deliver it.
Your TDSP maintains the power lines, utility poles, and electricity infrastructure necessary to deliver the power you purchase from Reliant to your home. Always notify your TDSP during an outage so they can resolve the issue.
