Pricing you can count on. In addition to 10 free hours of electricity every night, you can relax knowing your daytime energy charge won’t change.

Manage your Reliant account with your voice. Ask simple questions like, “Hey Google, ask Reliant, how much electricity am I using?” to get an estimate of your expected weekly electricity charges. To check your account, you can say, "Hey Google, ask Reliant, what is my account balance?” You can also use voice commands to pay your bill.2

Keep an eye on your energy efficiency. View a customized snapshot of your weekly electricity use. And get estimates of your expected weekly electricity charges so you can budget better.

Get help at a glance. With the Google Assistant built in, you can use your voice to get the best of Google – search, YouTube, photos, calendar, maps and more – right on the Nest Hub display. And if you're up at night with Reliant questions, we'll be up at night with answers with our 24/7 live help.

Create personalized routines. Launch reminders, events and commute status. Say, “Hey Google, good night,” to turn down your thermostat, turn off lights and more.3

Terms, conditions and other restrictions
1Your monthly bill will reflect your nighttime usage at no charge. Your average price calculation will be based on your total monthly usage. Your Google Nest Hub will ship to your service address within one week after your next full payment has been credited to your account, provided you remain enrolled on this plan. Reliant reserves the right to discontinue this plan without notice. 

2Google Nest Hub requires a Wi-Fi network, a nearby electrical outlet, and a compatible (Android, iOS) mobile device. Minimum OS requirements are available at Voice commands require a compatible device and working internet and Wi-Fi. Google Nest Hub and Reliant Commands are only available in English at this time.

Terms, conditions and other restrictions

Requests processed after 5:00 p.m. Central Time will be connected the next business day. Same-day service is offered Monday through Saturday, weather permitting, where an existing meter is in place. No connections on holidays. Enrollment and permit requirements must be met before a request can be processed. Additional charges apply.

††Referrals may only be submitted by active Reliant residential customers with a Texas service address. To qualify for bill credit, referrals must be new Reliant residential customers in Texas enrolled on a term plan with a minimum of 10 days of active electricity service on that plan. Bill credit will be applied within two billing cycles after the referred customer has completed 10 days of active electricity service.
