Smarter Together is a partnership between Vivint and Reliant that allows you to easily manage your home’s comfort, security and energy usage all with the Vivint app. As a Reliant customer, you’ll get personalized usage insights, based on data from your Reliant account, and seamless control of Vivint smart home and security devices, all in one place.
When you enroll in both Vivint and Reliant, you unlock a seamless experience in the Vivint app, where you can view real-time energy insights based on your Reliant account and usage data as well as manage your Vivint smart home and security devices.
1 Monitoring and other features available through the Vivint app are complimentary if you maintain electricity service through Reliant. If you leave Reliant, a monthly subscription fee of $14.99 (or the then-applicable fee) from Vivint for the app and its features will automatically apply. You will be required to provide a payment method to Vivint at the time of installation to establish your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Vivint directly.
