The Essential HomeCare plan covers repairs and annual home HVAC system maintenance. For one monthly fee, you get parts, labor and maintenance covered and unlimited service calls. If a repair can’t be made, you will also get $700 — plus a $500 bonus for being a Reliant customer — towards replacing your unit through Airtron.

You must enroll in the Essential HomeCare plan for 12 months to be eligible for the Reliant customer discounts and benefits. Canceling your plan before the contract ends will incur a $150 cancelation fee. For more details about canceling your plan, please see the terms and conditions on the Airtron website.
