2 To receive cancellation fee credit on your Reliant bill, send a copy of your final bill showing customer name, service address, cancellation fee charged and bill cycle dates within 30 days of your enrollment date to cancellationfee@reliant.com or by fax to 832-584-2013. Also include your Reliant account number and a phone number where you can be reached. Credit will be applied to your Reliant electricity bill in the form of a bill credit within one to two billing cycles of confirmed documentation. The Reliant bill credit will match, but not exceed, $150 for any cancellation fee on the previous electricity provider’s final bill. Program is subject to change without notice.
