Step 1.
Check your email. If you do not see an email from Reliant, check your spam or junk mail folder. Occasionally, email spam filters incorrectly classify valid emails as spam. If you still do not see an email you could have used a different email address for your account.
Step 2.
Obtain your username by opening the email from Reliant with the subject line "Reliant User Name Assistance."
Step 3.
Click the link provided in the email to log in to your account.
