24/7 professional monitoring
- Our monitoring station has 30 years of experience and is both UL and CSAA Five Diamond certified, the highest central monitoring station certification in the industry.
- We provide fire, burglary and panic monitoring 24/7, 365 days a year.
- The monitoring station will contact you and send the appropriate emergency services when a signal is received from your home. If you do not answer our response call, the monitoring service will automatically contact first responders on your behalf.
Our security experts will perform a free in-home assessment over the phone to design a system optimized for your home and needs. A licensed technician will then come to your home to install your equipment and provide further customization as needed. There are a variety of products to choose from, and we are happy to help you select the package and extras that will work best for your home.
Installation is easy, with no complex setup required. A router and Internet connection may be required for the installation of cameras. Same- or next-day installation options are available.
If you have an alarm system, an alarm permit may be required by your city, county or municipality. In order to ensure that your system works properly, and to avoid potential fines, please apply for an alarm permit. Information on how to apply can typically be found on your local police or fire department's website.
