Now these technologies have arrived at NRG Park, and help show fans how energy solutions can be integrated in elegant, beautiful ways.

Sustainable energy installations at NRG Park

NRG has implemented a sustainability master plan that puts Houston and NRG Park at the forefront of sustainable energy. NRG has installed 599 solar panels on pedestrian bridges and an entranceway. New LED lights also reduce energy usage by 60% from the previous lighting and mark NRG Stadium as one of the first professional football venues to install the advanced technology.
