The Reliant Home Energy Checkup provides a customized blueprint for improving your home's energy efficiency. 

Schedule yours and receive:

• An onsite assessment on how well your home uses electricity using state-of-the-art thermal imaging to detect energy inefficiencies related to insulation and ductwork
• A report with specific, practical solutions
• A review of your electricity account

What We Examine

• Home details like: age, size, type and stories of home
• Heating and cooling details including identifying fuel source for heating and central A/C, noting size of system, and estimated SEER rating
• Thermostat type and automation
• Return air system
• Insulation type, location, depth and R-Value
• Ductwork design, connections, sizing, performance, seal method, type and R-Value
• Attic ventilation types and amounts
• Window seals and caulking
• Appliances
• Interior and exterior lighting
