* The Reliant e-Sense® Degrees of Difference Program is available only to existing Reliant residential customers with provisioned Smart Meters installed for their service address. Customers on the Reliant SmartStart Plan® are not eligible to participate. Participants who use less electricity during the requested hours than they did at the same time of day during the five previous weekdays will receive an account credit within one to two billing cycles following an energy conservation event.
