Thousands of customers have benefited from our online resources that provides articles, tools and tips on ways to save energy for your home and business. Our Business Energy Savings Center provides industry-specific information around making the right energy efficient purchases and improving the performance of your equipment to help control costs.

Online Energy Audits
Online energy audits are performed through an interactive tool that analyzes a customer’s data and returns detailed information for that customer’s specific energy consumption. It identifies how and where you are using the most energy, provides energy-saving opportunities and summarizes the overall energy efficiency of a customer's home or  business.

Renewable Energy Plans
Reliant Energy has a renewed commitment to the environment with additional purchases of electricity from renewable energy sources—and we are starting by purchasing 20% of the energy for our new residential term plans from Texas wind. We also have 100% wind-generated energy plans that let you take your use of renewable energy to a whole new level. Electricity generated from 100% wind produces no air pollution or carbon emissions that contribute to greenhouse gases

Energy Expert Team
We have a specialized team of Customer Care Representatives who understands the best way for our customers to save energy in their homes. When customers have questions about energy efficiency, our team of experts is here to help through email at energyexperts@reliant.com. This group of English- and Spanish-speaking energy experts travels to schools, trade shows and community events to help people better understand electricity usage.
