  • Why can’t I log on?

    To log on to our secure server, we need your username and password. If you are having problems logging on, it may be for any one of the following reasons:

    1. You misspelled your username, password or both.

    2. Your password is case sensitive. Check to see if the Caps Lock is on, and re-type your password.

    3. You have set up access to your account with another username. Find your username.

    4. You have set up access to your account with a different password. Find your password.

  • How do I set up my account for online access?

    You’ll need your Reliant Energy electricity account number. You will need to verify your account by providing information that was provided when you first set up your electricity account. For example, you may be asked for the social security number or driver’s license number of the person who set up the account.
