As Vice President of Advertising and Promotions, Dickenson develops and implements the go to market strategy for Reliant. She directs the promotions, customer communications, digital and direct marketing, mass advertising and creative services teams who carry out the marketing initiatives and deliverables. Dickenson also leads the integration of customer-relationship communications into the customer lifecycle, ensuring the brand promise is realized.
Since 2004, Dickenson has led the award-winning online marketing and marketing communications teams at Reliant and continues to bridge what’s new with what works.
Prior to joining Reliant, she successfully led cross-functional creative teams at Gimmal Group and Luminant Worldwide. Her range of experience includes entrepreneurial, interactive start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, in both industry and consulting capacities.
Dickenson is active in a number of organizations, including American Advertising Federation, Clean Edge Jobs, Digital Marketing and Smart Grid User Experience.
She holds a BS in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin.
