As Vice President of Mass Sales, Smith is responsible for leading Reliant’s mass-market, commercial and residential customer acquisition channels. In this role, he oversees the company's sales, call centers, premise sales, online acquisition, builder, multi-family and alternative channels. With nearly two decades of sales and operational experience, Smith has led large sales organizations serving the global outsourced, telecom and energy sectors. Prior to joining Reliant, he served as Senior Vice President of ChaseCom, a privately held sales outsourcing firm servicing the energy and telecommunications sectors. Smith spent a number of years as Vice President at West Corp., a leading CCRM solution provider.
Smith graduated from University of Texas with a BA in Communications.
