Becoming A Customer

Step 1: Sign up

Switching from another electric company? No need to contact your old provider—we'll take care of the switch for you. And if we need any further information to start your service, we'll contact you by phone immediately.

Step 2: Start service

  • Please make sure your meter is accessible so that we can take an initial reading.
  • We'll send you a confirmation that your service has started.
  • Your first bill will arrive about 30 to 45 days after service begins.
  • If you're switching, you'll also receive a final bill from your previous provider for electricity used before we read your meter.
