*Average bill is based on the average of 11 previous bills and current bill for the address divided by 12 of the total months available for your service address. If there is no previous billing in your name at the service address, or you do not have 11 months of bill amounts at the service address, we will take the previous usage at that service address and apply your current price to calculate your average monthly amount then subtract or add ½ of your deferred balance.
